We offer numerous hard to find nostalgic candies that bring back memories from when we were growing up, while creating new memories for our younger generations. We have Bonomo Turkish Taffy (back in production), Abba Zabba Bars, Sen Sen, Teaberry Gum, Sky Bars, Candy buttons, Wonka Bars, wax sticks and bottles. Remember Charms and Chuckles, we have these and so much more.

We have candies available that haven’t been around since the 40’s and 50’s. Years ago the  little newsstand at Dansbury Depot used to sell penny and nickel candies, jawbreakers, rootbeer barrels, sours balls, atomic fire balls. Come visit Sugar Sugar and see all the sweet treats, penny candies and our colorful selection of candies from long ago.

One morning after listening to the Archies classic Sugar Sugar, the idea came to me to open a candy store. Expressing my ideas to my Mom she laughed but once she realized the determination I had, she agreed that it would need to be old time favorites. We wanted to bring back the sweet treats from our grandparents and parents era, making these nostalgic goodies available to our new generation of kids and those who truly want to remember the delight in being a kid again in a candy store.

Search through our numerous jars, barrels and lollipop trees. We have an extremely colorful selection of unique candies and a varied assortment of gummies. So please stop by and treat yourself to a rock candy swizzle stick, a sugar daddy, a coconut slice or any of our other goodies!
